Appointment Policy

At OC Skin Care Center, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our spa for the benefit of all our valued clients. To achieve this, we have established clear appointment policies:

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our late arrival/cancellation/ no-show policy.

Late Arrivals: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing delays. However, to maintain the quality of care for all our clients, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, please contact us promptly to discuss rescheduling options.

Cancellation/No-Show: We value your time and the time of our providers. Therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be in need of our services.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50.00 fee, which will be charged to your credit card on file.

Children & Pet Policy

While we appreciate your love for children and pets, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for their care prior to your appointment. This ensures a serene and safe environment for all our clients to enjoy. In the event of a last-minute childcare or pet care emergency, please contact us promptly to discuss potential solutions.

For the comfort and safety of all our clients and staff, we request that you refrain from bringing non-service animals into our spa. If you arrive with a pet that is not a service animal, we kindly ask that you make alternative arrangements for their care during your visit.

RETURN POLICY

At OC Skin Care Center, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below:

We do not offer refunds on services rendered at OC Skin Care Center.

In-store Purchases:

  • We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase.
  • Products must be returned to our in-store location and include your receipt.
  • Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
  • If you experience an allergic reaction to a product, please contact your skincare provider for assistance in resolving the issue.

Online Purchases:

  • We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase for online orders.
  • Returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
  • Products must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your receipt.
  • Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
  • If you experience an allergic reaction to a product, please contact your skincare provider for assistance.

Gift Card Purchases:

  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Return Shipping:

  • OC Skin Care Center will cover return shipping costs only for orders involving fulfillment errors and defective products.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow up to two weeks for returns and refunds to be processed if sent by mail. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
